You'll need: DA compliance experience in Sydney for new houses and duplexes. A background in Architecture, Design Management, Building Design, Town Planning, Development Management or alike. Leadership skills to head the design team and ensure compliance and aesthetics of factory-made houses. Design skills to meet demand and ensure regulatory compliance.
