Immediate start required for a building designer proficient in custom designs. Location can be Southport, Rockhampton, or the Gold Coast.
The successful applicant will be responsible for taking preliminary custom designs and preparing the working drawings and construction plans for council submission.

About the Position Currently, an opportunity exists for a Senior Designer to join our growing company divisions. As a valued member of this Design team, you will work across a range of commercial, industrial, and high-density residential plans from preliminary concept designs, custom and architectural projects on preliminary drawings through to full working drawings on REVIT, whilst also being involved in business development and lead generation.
Skills and Experience Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
Minimum 3-5 years experience in REVIT DraftingTertiary qualifications in Architecture or Diploma Building Design or equivalentExperience in commercial/industrial & residential drafting environmentExperience on custom projects highly regardedAttention to detail and ability to problem solveTeam player with a positive work ethicGrounded knowledge of NCC/QBCC Codes and Building standardsHow do your skills match this job?Your application will include the following questions:
