The role is responsible for: Scheduling, coordinating and leading the internal quality and WHSE audit program to ensure compliance with CEA & legislative requirements. Managing the training and mentoring of internal auditors so as to ensure the agreed audit schedule is met. Conducting functional and physical configuration audits and record and report the results. Conducting quality induction sessions for new employees. Recording and process Corrective Action Requests. Liaising with all CEA interstate offices with regard to internal audit issues. Assisting with customer and certification audits. Contributing to the preparation of Quality Reports to senior management. Lead Change Management projects of specific relevance to the Quality Management System. Essential Sound written and verbal communication skills including professional report writing skills. Management Systems auditing competency. A strong awareness of Quality Management Principles. The following technical skills: Microsoft Office Intermediate Smart Draw Basic Internet Searching Basic Internal Auditor Intermediate CEA Database Intermediate QA File and Data Management Intermediate/Advanced Eligibility To be eligible for this position you must be: An Australian Citizen Eligible to obtain and maintain an AGSVA clearance - NV1. A Lead Auditor certified by recognised Quality Organisation five or more years of commercial experience in quality auditing.
