Milestone IT is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Audio/Visual Specialist to join our client, a leading nationwide large retail chain.
This is a unique opportunity for an individual with proven expertise in audio and visual technologies to play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience across the retail chain's outlets.
Position Overview: As the Lead Audio/Visual Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge audio and visual solutions that align with our client's brand and customer expectations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage A/V projects, and ensure the seamless integration of audio and visual elements to create an immersive and engaging environment for both customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of audio and visual systems across retail locations.Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of A/V projects.Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection of audio and visual equipment.Develop and maintain documentation for A/V systems, including troubleshooting guides and standard operating procedures.Conduct regular inspections and audits of A/V equipment to ensure optimal performance.Train and mentor junior A/V technicians to enhance the overall capabilities of the team.Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Audio/Visual Technology, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an Audio/Visual Specialist, with a minimum of 5 years in a lead or supervisory role.In-depth knowledge of audio and visual technologies, including sound systems, displays, projectors, and control systems.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.Experience working in a retail environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
