Our client, a leader in cutting-edge AV services, is seeking a Lead AV Project Manager to join their rapidly growing team in Perth.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage innovative projects across diverse industries, including Hospitality, Education, Government, Commercial, and Performing Arts spaces.

About the Role:In this senior position, you'll be at the helm of managing complex AV installations from start to finish.
With a focus on both technical and soft skills, you'll work closely with the design team to bring unique and bespoke solutions to life.
From architectural AV installations to theatre consulting, you'll oversee a range of projects, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of excellence.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the install team, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end management of AV projects, including consultation, design, planning, installation, and commissioning.Collaborate with design teams to interpret project plans and ensure seamless coordination with installation teams.Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing a consultative approach and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Ensure high standards of organisation and planning, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.Oversee the technical and logistical aspects of AV installations, from meeting rooms to large-scale theatre and performing arts venues.Foster strong team collaboration while managing multiple projects under high pressure, delivering projects on time and to specification. About You:Proven experience as a Project Manager within the AV industry, with a strong understanding of both technical installations and client-facing responsibilities.Excellent leadership skills, able to manage teams effectively and communicate clearly across all project stages.High-level organisation and planning skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate high-pressure situations and collaborate with a high performing team.A consultative approach, able to provide expert guidance to clients and foster long-term relationships.A culture champion, embracing the vibrant, fun, and highly creative work environment while adhering to fair work practices.
