Job Expectations: We have an exciting opportunity at nbn, as the Senior Analyst, Operation Insights reporting to Senior Manager, Operations Insights.
A bit about your role: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Strategic Operations Insights, this role is pivotal in providing the COO and operations SLT with actionable intelligence across various business pillars. The Lead Analyst will work closely with a diverse range of stakeholders to transform complex programs and issues into clear, simplified narratives. This role is essential for aligning data and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
In this role, you will oversee the development and presentation of executive insights on specific customer journeys, ensuring that data-driven narratives are clear and impactful. You will lead initiatives that leverage data to drive strategic decisions, ensuring that insights are actionable and aligned with business goals. Additionally, you will create and maintain workflows that feed performance dashboards to track key performance indicators, providing real-time insights and assurance into operational performance.
Collaboration with the SLT and other departments is essential to optimize processes and ensure alignment with strategic objectives. You will conduct thorough performance analysis, ensuring compliance and governance standards are met, and provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership. Furthermore, you will identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes, leveraging advanced analytics and reporting to support business growth.
A bit about you: The successful candidate will have a background in Data/Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics, with strong experience in infrastructure or telecommunications and few years in performance insights management. They should be proficient in data analysis tools like Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL, and possess strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills. Additionally, they are collaborative and excel in planning and organizing to manage multiple initiatives and deliver insights under pressure.
