Manager/Senior Manager, Lead Analyst UNITE Permanent Barangaroo Hybrid working environment How will I help? UNITE is a transformational program to simplify our technology data and technology environment. As a Lead Analyst, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to help our Consumer Division Lines of Business execute on their UNITE data initiatives and actively mitigate risks within the UNITE program. You'll assist with data governance activities, drive data change initiatives, and deliver key insights on downstream and upstream data impacts. Additionally, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders whilst promoting best practices in data risk management and governance as it relates to UNITE programs of delivery.
This role will sit in the Chief Data Office within the Consumer Division to work on a portfolio of initiatives, co-ordinating data provision, data assessment, data assurance, data modelling, data profiling, data architecture, and data migration.
You will actively work on:
Sourcing and reviewing data architecture and data models across upstream and downstream applications to determine data migration impact. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and act as a proxy between technical and business specifications. Developing and maintaining data models, data flow diagrams, and data dictionaries. Ensuring data integrity, quality, and security across all data systems, through risk identification, risk mitigation, and control uplifts. Optimizing and enhancing data architecture to support scalability and performance. Ensuring compliance with our data, privacy, and record-keeping obligations. Working closely with IT and business teams to ensure alignment of data strategies with business goals. What's in it for me? What do I need? The successful candidate will have:
Extensive experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields. Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and languages, such as SQL, Excel, Python, R, or similar analytics platforms. Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and data migration. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage stakeholders' expectations. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated experience working with senior stakeholders. What's it like to work there?
