Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play an integral part of our overall new business strategy. This role will have you working closely on pricing & commercial terms for tenders and ensure commercial viability of tenders and re-signs. Operating within a highly dynamic commercial team, opportunities for long term career are plentiful.
Key responsibilities include:Managing a team of 2 analysts in supportive and collaborative work environmentWork closely with Executives, Senior decision makersWork alongside the Sales, Category and Implementation teams to optimise sales and profitable strategies and outcomesDrive process efficiencies and innovation in bidding, price increases, reviews, re-signs, static cataloguesConduct key pricing analysis, working effectively with key business counterparts, to provide insight on pricing and margin profitabilityInvolved in the product strategy, including product selection, pricing and commercialsDevelop a competitive matrix – market intel, blind spots, strengths/weaknessesEnsure commercial viability of tenders and re-signsDrive margin improvements and cost to serve efficiencies across COS customer baseMore about youYou are a strategic thinker who has strong business acumen and an affinity for numbers. Curious and results oriented, you focus on the big picture perspective and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
