Lead Analyst - Cyber Intelligence (work from any major Australian city) You will advise on and help lead the strategic growth, development and operational activities of the Cyber Intelligence function. 09th May, 2024 At CyberCX we are building a uniquely Australia and New Zealand focused cyber intelligence capability. The Lead Cyber Intelligence Analyst is a key member of the Cyber Intelligence function and will maintain expertise in technologies, techniques and trends in cyber intelligence to continuously improve the team's products and services; identify and develop stakeholder relationships and commercial opportunities; and deliver, individually or as part of a team, intelligence products and services. We are open to candidates from any Australian capital city.  You'll be responsible for: Contribute to the strategic direction, growth and sustainability of the Cyber Intelligence function in support of the Director – Cyber Intelligence. Deliver and/or project manage complex cyber intelligence engagements, including advising and briefing internal and external customers, individually and as part of a team. Operationalise Cyber Intelligence capabilities and resources in order to lead development and innovation of Cyber Intelligence service offerings. Maintain expertise in the Australian and New Zealand threat landscape and contribute to the team's collective body of knowledge, analysis and processes and systems. Work proactively with practices and customer teams across CyberCX to increase awareness of Cyber Intelligence products and services, identify and pursue business development opportunities, and build proposals and responses to bids and tenders. Mentor, develop and inspire other members of the team and manage Senior Analysts, Analysts and Associate Analysts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to analyse and amalgamate diverse information to deliver results Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce oral and written products with structure, clarity and precision Exceptional professional judgment, with a track record of delivering results in high-pressure environments Superior stakeholder engagement skills, ability to build rapport with senior leaders and working-level teams, and capacity to engage with customers, understand and meet their requirements, ask questions and respond to feedback Strong leadership and project management skills Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of the cyber threat landscape and intelligence processes and products Relevant industry qualifications or higher education (e.g. in cyber security, international security or intelligence studies) strongly regarded An active AGSVA clearance, or the willingness and ability to attain one 09th May, 2024 At CyberCX we are building a uniquely Australia and New Zealand focused cyber intelligence capability.
