Lead and drive the SiP Lab project team ensuring that project deliverable milestones are met within timeframes and budget.Lead the progression of engineering designs from concept to production including design, manufacturing, testing, pre-production validation, and datasheet preparation.Innovate as a technology leader, pushing the state-of-the-art in the context of engineering in industry.Liaise with major manufacturers around the world and with our Industry partner Atto Devices to resolve barriers and progress the designs.Develop and review concepts, system and subsystem level designs for semiconductor projects within the workgroup area of expertise.Write and review documentation for project reviews.Develop, review, and analyse system requirements, the flow-down of these requirements from system to sub-system levels, and the systems modelling and analysis required for requirements verification.Manage and administer the project budget.About Us
