Lead Group is seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Clinical Care Coordinator at one of our beautiful Residential Aged Care Facilities in Mildura VIC.
This medium-sized facility provides a supportive work environment with a second Clinical Manager, Quality Manager, AN-ACC support, Education Support, and 24-hour Registered Nurses and Care teams.

Ongoing training and progression routes are available to Clinical Care Management, Quality Management, or Clinical Educator positions.
