You will also be responsible for servicing customer sites, maximizing customer satisfaction, and minimizing customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.Key Responsibilities:Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)Configuration, diagnosis, fault repairs, and programming of building services (e.g., HVAC, BMS control, Access control, and Third-Party Systems).Software load and configuration of Honeywell Systems and other systems as required.Minor project management of service projects and small works, including a high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.Technical consulting, design, and implementation of Honeywell Systems leveraging your Honeywell and industry product knowledge to the service business and customers (existing and new). This includes pre-sales support to the account team and technical lead on implementation projects.Key Experience & Capabilities:Fault finding and repairs to electronic equipmentAt least four years of experience with Honeywell/Non-Honeywell control systems and products across systems.Strong experience in building (HVAC/BMS) systems, including troubleshooting, fault finding, and problem diagnosis.Intermediate to high computer skillsSupervisor Trade Certificate is an advantageElectrical/Electronics Associate Diploma or higher is an advantageYou must hold a valid and unrestricted driver's licenseWho We AreThe Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
