About the roleThe Behaviour Specialist and the broader Student Wellbeing Support team is looking for a versatile and highly motivated all-rounder to join their team.
We are looking for someone who has experience in leading and mentoring team members and can provide a high level of support to executives.

Key skills and qualities we are looking for:Experienced in a management or organisational role with a focus on administration, project management, and customer relations.Ability to be flexible in approach as the business needs changes and work in an agile environment.Self-motivated and strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills.Proficient in the use of MS office.Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi-task.Essential requirements of the roleDemonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public educationHold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.About the Department of EducationThe Department of Education is the largest provider of public education in Australia, with nearly 100,000 employees across NSW in our schools and corporate offices.
