About the role
The Behaviour Specialist and the broader Student Wellbeing Support team is looking for a versatile and highly motivated all-rounder to join their team. We are looking for someone who has experience in leading and mentoring team members and can provide a high level of support to executives. In addition to this you will also: Oversee daily administrative operations, processes, and policies to maintain the Department's organisational structure. Take minutes for executive meetings, provide timely preparation and review of high-quality written material including reports and briefing papers for the senior executive. Contribute to the strategic planning of projects and the continuous improvements of the team. Benefits

We are looking for a highly skilled leader who can take ownership of their work whilst coaching and mentoring juniors. You will be a proactive problem solver who will excel in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Key skills and qualities we are looking for:
Experienced in a management or organisational role with a focus on administration, project management, and customer relations. Ability to be flexible in approach as the business needs changes and work in an agile environment. Self-motivated and strong interpersonal leadership and communication skills. Proficient in the use of MS office. Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure and multi-task. Essential requirements of the role
Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
Hold a current and valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) for paid employment.
