LDC (Diploma In Charge) Room Leader's - Angliss Children's CentreBPA Children's Services (BPA) is a not-for-profit organisation that manages Kindergartens and Child Care centres in the Western suburbs of Melbourne. We are one of the largest providers of Early Childhood education and care services in Victoria, delivering quality programs that meet the needs of each child and the wider community. We pride ourselves on embedding equity, access, cultural relevance, and safety within our programs because every child deserves to be set up for success in life.We're currently seeking two Long Day Care (Diploma In Charge) Room Leaders to support the delivery of a quality education program at Angliss Children's Centre.Please see position details below:POSITION 1Full Time76 hours per fortnight9 day fortnight (rotational roster)POSITION 2Full Time76 hours per fortnight9 day fortnight (rotational roster)Tasks & ResponsibilitiesProvide educational leadership while working as a member of a collaborative service team.Provide a high quality developmentally appropriate educational program based upon the practices and principles of both the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks.Ensure compliance with the National Law, the National Regulations, and the National Quality Standard.Qualifications & ExperienceA Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent approved by ACECQA).Current Working with Children Check.Current First Aid certification.The right to work in Australia.Experience working with children with diverse needs is preferred.Apply NowTo apply for either role, please submit a copy of your current Resume along with a Cover Letter addressing the below:A list of your knowledge and strengths.What you believe you can bring to the role.If you would like to know more information, please contact our Human Resources Team on 9312 3689.
