About the Opportunity CBS Printing is seeking a skilled Bindery/Print Finishing Operator to join its team in Smeaton Grange, NSW .
Reporting to the Production Manager, this is a hands-on role that involves operating a variety of bindery equipment, supporting production schedules, and contributing to a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities: Operating bindery equipment including guillotines, MBO folders, Horizon stitchers, and Morgana scorers Managing cutting, folding, stitching, scoring, and drilling processes to meet production deadlines Prioritising your workflow and leading by example to achieve team objectives Maintaining quality control and troubleshooting machinery as needed Supporting despatch and general production tasks as required About You As the ideal candidate, you are a motivated, detail-oriented team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to help build a performing culture .
