The Role – Senior Family Lawyer: In this role as a Senior Family Lawyer, you will be managing Junior Lawyers & Paralegals. You will train and mentor your team to become efficient and successful lawyers. You will also be dealing with complex cases and 40-50 files. You will have billable targets of 4.5-6 hours per day while also having the ability to manage/support your team. You will be looking at the following areas in family law;
Divorce and separation Complex property settlements Defacto and same-sex marriage Child support and parenting agreements Represent clients in court proceedings, negotiations, and mediations Requirements for this role: Must have 5-20+ Years PAE in Family Law, preferably from private practice (other reputable law firms) Ability to achieve billable targets (4.5-6 hours per day) and manage a team at the same time Track record of team management and developing team members Good attitude and willingness to work hard If you are interested in applying for this role you can apply now through the link below.
