You'll walk in and probably have a chat with your colleague over a coffee in the kitchen.
After you settle in, this role will see you working closely with New South's highly experienced Directors, as well as collaborating with members of the extended team.
Under the guidance of New South Lawyers' Directors and senior property lawyers, during the course of your role, you will be given the opportunity to assist in property matters, as well as play a team role in large complex matters.
These may include:
Liaising with clients daily & providing solutionsLiaising and communicating with banks, real estate agents, and mortgage brokersArranging settlements & drafting correspondenceProviding a high level of client serviceManaging residential and commercial conveyances from start to finish (both off the plan and registered properties)Assisting with retail, commercial and industrial leases: agreement to lease, leases, incentives, assignment, surrenders, and variationsNew South Lawyers is a dynamic, multi-award-winning law firm known for its strong client relationships and commercially focused high-quality advice.
