Provide advice on indemnity, liability, quantum, litigation compliant evidence remedies, and damages. Develop a sound knowledge of occupier and public liability claims, professional indemnity, and negligence claims. Become a specialist in tort litigation and work on inquests and inquiries. Advise clients regarding Special Commissions of Inquiry into matters relating to police investigations of certain abuse allegations. Minimum Requirements:
