at the Senior Associate level.
Your New Role
You will work directly with a Partner who has a
particular focus on the automotive sector and motor dealerships.
You will advise on diverse corporate and commercial transactions, including corporate structuring, acquisitions and sales of businesses and corporate entities, as well as commercial leasing. Your experience will also encompass a variety of banking and finance matters.
