The Role Provide expert advice on employment law matters, including workplace policies, employment agreements, and dispute resolution. Represent internal stakeholders in litigation, negotiations, and regulatory investigations. Draft, review, and negotiate employment-related contracts and documents. Stay abreast of legal developments to ensure compliance and identify emerging risks. Foster strong client relationships by delivering tailored legal solutions to meet their unique needs. Key Requirements 5 years of PQE in Employment or Industrial Law Proven ability to handle contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.
