Our Statutory Insurance team has approximately 64 people located across Darwin and Perth. We are recognised as leaders in the specialised area of recovery under the NT and WA workers' compensation schemes. This is a fantastic hands-on role, with significant learning, development and progression opportunities, and the opportunity to work closely with interesting clients and alongside highly regarded partners and senior lawyers. Skills and experience We are keen to hear from candidates with the following skills and experience: 1 - 3 years of post-admission experience, ideally within Workers' Compensation; experience within employment law and/or general insurance and liability is advantageous but not essential; a genuine interest in contributing to the growth and success of our insurance practice in Darwin; clear, concise legal writing skills; and strong attention to detail.
