At Burke Lawyers, we value relationships, creativity, innovation, rewarding and valuable work, and efficiency.
We have built a supportive, career-enhancing, and nurturing working environment by living our values of being respectful, accountable, and knowledgeable.
We want our employees to help grow our Firm and their careers continuously within it.
We are based in Armadale in South East Melbourne, which provides access to some of the best cafes, wine bars, restaurants, and shops that Melbourne has to offer, which our team often frequents together.
We are a growing business and we need a lawyer to join our team practicing in wills and estates, to help us deliver excellent outcomes and service to our valued clients.
This is a junior lawyer role, so if you have at least 1-2 years of experience in wills and estates, this could be the role for you.
This is a permanent full-time or substantially part-time role where you will gain invaluable experience working alongside our skilled Directors, Senior Associate in wills and estates, and the broader Firm, and in managing key client relationships, referrers, and other stakeholders.
In addition to the excellent skills and experience you will gain in developing your career at Burke's, our people enjoy our social and wellbeing offerings, which are coupled with our in-house learning and development program that we tailor every year to the needs of our employees and their careers; and our in-house marketing & business development with one-on-one support and resourcing that will help you form your ideal business plan in consultation with the needs of the Firm.
We would love to hear about you, how you have demonstrated the skills and experience outlined above, and what you are seeking in your career, so please submit your cover letter and resume and we will be in contact.
If you have any questions about the role or our Firm, please contact Hayley Betros, People & Culture Manager, at ******.
