You will be based in our Bentleigh office, but may also attend other offices.If you are passionate, with strong communication skills, please click Apply above.Job tasks & responsibilitiesRunning your own files autonomously and without supervision.Enthusiastically and sympathetically interacting with clients and third parties on a daily basis.Utilising your time management skills and attention to detail, to handle competing deadlines.Working with the Principal and assisting other staff.Skills and experienceBachelor of Laws with at least 6+ years experience in Estate Planning in a law office.General practice knowledge of wills, probate and a bonus if you have experience in other areas of law.Knowledge of LEAP Cloud Legal software and PEXA is advantageous; must know how to use Redcrest.Benefits and PerksSalary from $120,000 + excluding super.Rewarding role with an opportunity to advance into a lead role.Very comfortable and relaxed work environment.
