DDCS Lawyers is recognized as a 2023 First Tier Firm in Doyle's Guide and is seeking to employ a Lawyer in our Future Planning (Wills, Estates and Business Succession) team.

If you are a lawyer with experience in this practice area, who is interested in working for and with sophisticated private and business clients and their advisors on complex and multifaceted estate planning and dispute resolution work, this is the job for you.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in estate planning, drafting Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Powers of Attorney, with additional experience in Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration, and estate distribution.
Ideally upwards of 2-years PQE, with prior expertise in a wills and estates practice.
We are actively seeking an experienced lawyer to become a key member of our expanding Wills & Estates Team.
You will be providing project and legal advice on matters relating to landmark development and infrastructure projects, industry policy, major acquisitions and disposals, and commercial developments.
Assisting the Special Counsel in all aspects of wills, estate planning and estate administration including representing clients in will and estate disputes, family provision claims, and other equitable matters, and applications for judicial advice.
