A wide variety of TMT matters: telecommunications, IT, e-commerce, consumer protection, and data protection law. Advising listed and unlisted entities, including telecommunications providers, software and IT vendors, financial services organisations, airlines, and resource and utility companies, as well as clients in the public sector. Additionally, work on intellectual property protection and management, the development of new brands, franchising and compliance, privacy and compliance, and trade mark matters in Australia and internationally. The ideal candidates:

Two roles due to growth: Lawyer (2+ PQE) and Senior Associate (5+ PQE). Relevant experience in TMT ideally from a well-regarded law firm (IP experience desirable but not essential). Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, enthusiastic about the technology sector, commercial nous, and solid drafting skills.
