Lawyer / Solicitor - 2+ Years Pae

Our client is a boutique generalist law firm, well established and located in Sydney's Southern Suburbs. Our client practices in a wide range of law including Family Law, Conveyancing and Property Law, Litigation, Wills and Estates, and Commercial and Corporate Law.
Due to their continued growth, they are now looking for a Generalist Lawyer Solicitor with 2+ Years PAE to join their team on a full-time basis.
This role is office based. You will manage your own files in a variety of matters, including: Family LawWills and EstatesCommercial/CivilProperty (Residential and Commercial)The successful candidate will have post-qualification experience in all, or some, of the above matters.
The Candidate - to be successful in this role, it is essential that you have:
A qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2+ years plus post-admission experience is preferred.Extensive knowledge in the areas of law previously listed.High attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritise.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Ability to manage a large number of client files.Previous experience with LEAP/PEXA Legal Software is desirable but not essential.Strong drafting and reviewing experience.Ability to review contracts on a range of property types.Experience drafting Wills, POAs, and Estate matters.Conducting meetings with clients to take their instructions, drafting correspondence and legal documents.A competitive salary range is on offer to attract the right candidate based upon your skills and experience.
