Lawyer - Restructuring & Insolvency
We have an exciting new opportunity for a talented lawyer to join our growing Restructuring and Insolvency practice in Sydney.
This role will see you acting for financial institutions, listed and multi-national companies, funds, directors, insolvency practitioners and investors on a wide range of restructurings and workouts, special situations, insolvency and finance matters.
Working closely with senior practitioners within a nationally collaborative team, this role offers a rewarding opportunity to develop both your legal and client relationship skills within a top tier law firm.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Circa 4 years' experience as a lawyer gained within a reputable restructuring and insolvency practice;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to build client relationships and maintain a positive team environment;
High quality and technically-sound drafting skills;
A proactive and dedicated approach to client service, with strong time and project management skills.
