Lawyer - Real Estate & Corporate (2-5 PQE) Join a top tier, marketing recognised Australian Law Firm

Collaborate and contribute to a successful and impactful team Work with a variety of clients, and work on significant, high profile matters The role Under the leadership of Partners Matt Anderson (Corporate) and Eva Oraham (Real Estate), this unique opportunity offers a talented lawyer the chance to hone their skills across two practice areas. In this role, you will work on some of the largest and most complex corporate deals and real estate related transactions in the current market.

As a Lawyer with experience across both corporate and real estate, you will work on various matters including:

Corporate: corporate advisory, public and private mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, structuring of investment products and general funds management matters; Real Estate: property acquisitions and disposals, complex leasing and development agreements. You will join a team of knowledgeable, collegiate individuals who will support you to develop your skills and progress your career. You will have exposure to clients and play a key role on aspects of transactions, including negotiations and drafting. You will also be expected to mentor junior lawyers and showcase your project management skills to carry matters through to completion.

Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have: 2-5 years' experience as a Lawyer across real estate related and corporate matters; Real estate transactional experience is preferred; A strong academic record; A curious and analytical approach; The ability to prioritise your time across a number of busy matters; A strong client service focus and work ethic; Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills; An ambitious and focused determination to take your career to the next level.
