The role Due to growth, we're looking for a lawyer to join our Real Estate & Agribusiness team in Brisbane. We're a diverse group, and are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, hard-working and fun.
This is a Lawyer position, working alongside Sarah Roettgers (Partner) and Nick Knowlman (Senior Associate). Sarah is an experienced Real Estate partner with a wealth of expertise in a wide range of commercial real estate matters. Sarah is an expert in capital transactions, property development, acquisitions and disposals, residential land subdivisions and master-planned communities, commercial, retail and industrial leasing, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
Nick is a Senior Associate specialising in the agribusiness sector, with expertise in rural property transactions, wind and solar farm projects, carbon and biodiversity offsets, land access and compensation negotiations, property development and leasing.
We're looking for someone:
With 2-4 years' post admission experience; Who has experience in rural property transactions or the renewable energy sector; Strong interest in real estate and agribusiness; Who wants a fantastic team culture; and With an entrepreneurial and innovative mind-set.
