We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Lawyer (2-4 PQE) to join our Public Sector team located in Darwin on a full-time basis.
Working closely with Mark Spain, this role will see you working on a range of litigious and other contentious corporate and commercial matters, varying from construction and infrastructure disputes, employment matters, as well as acting on various other complex commercial disputes.
What will the role entail:
As the premier law firm in the Northern Territory, our Darwin team acts as key advisers on the Territory's most significant projects and are the firm clients turn to when faced with critical legal challenges. The nature of work on offer is varied and challenging and includes acting for government and private clients in a range of commercial matters and disputes.
Skills & experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:

2-4 years post qualification experience from a reputable front-end practice
A genuine interest in developing your career in Darwin
Recent relevant experience in a firm environment
A proven track record of prioritising your time across a number of busy matters
Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, required for building client relationships and maintaining a positive team environment

In addition to this, we're looking for a resilient self-starter. Someone who is able to work autonomously and is focused on attention to detail and providing an outstanding service to their clients.
