Who We're Looking For:
We seek an experienced Lawyer with at least 6 years of post-admission experience in Property, Leasing, and Commercial law.
Key Areas of Work Include:
Leasing General Property (acquisitions, sales, subdivisions, off-the-plan developments) Finance (loan documents and securities, PPSR) Franchising Shareholders and Joint Ventures, Business Acquisitions Landgate matters (easements, etc.) Full-time, permanent role Primarily office-based, with flexibility for occasional remote work What is offered:
