About the Role:YMAC is currently seeking a full time (75 hours per fortnight) Lawyer to join the team in our Perth office. The primary aim of this role is to have effective and efficient day to day conduct of assigned native title related matters as well as other associated legal matters.
About You:You will have the ability to work as part of a cohesive and integrated legal team and be committed to achieving real outcomes for First Nations people. Successful applicants will be motivated team players with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation. The work will be challenging and can include, but isn't limited to, commercial negotiations, advocacy, mediation, and claim preparation.
