We are looking for a Lawyer with a strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. We are looking for someone with 0-3 years experience, and welcome applications from individuals who are experienced and passionate about Personal Injuries law.
We are looking for someone who: Works effectively with others and fosters positive relationships; Has strong client and relationship building skills, cultivating and managing relationships with referrers and other external stakeholders; Contributes to team success and collaborates seamlessly; Is resourceful, finding creative solutions and adapting to challenges; Is determined and motivated to make a difference, driving successful outcomes; Is client focused with a genuine passion for helping people; Ideally has prior experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and CTP Claims; Has knowledge of the relevant procedural rules related to Personal Injuries. You will bring your experience in: 0-3 Years PAE Review and analysis of records; Drafting written communications to clients; Attending court for procedural hearings; Deeply understanding client's needs.
