Reporting directly to the two female directors who have conducted significant litigation and negotiated a landmark settlement, you will have unparalleled access to be mentored by two leading industry specialists. The firm has recently been appointed to deliver compensation to Australians under a product liability judgment.The firm structure is flat, and the culture is relaxed, authentic, and honest. You will thrive if you are described as being passionate about delivering justice and having a sharp mind and focus to see the job through to completion.With two structured working days from home per week, the role requires you to develop expertise and detailed knowledge of the Settlement Scheme, the work to be undertaken, and the objectives to be achieved.Prepare precedents, processes, and systems tailored specifically to the Administration.Support clients through regular group communications including emails, updates, and webinars.Ability to brief counsel, consult and engage actuaries and tax advisers to the Administration, as well as experts for individual claims.This is a unique opportunity to develop new skills and build a career in Class Actions, including the opportunity to branch into humanitarian matters.You will be an important part of a supportive, cohesive, and collaborative team.About YouAs a 1-3 years personal injury solicitor, you will be looking for your next move and interested in developing yourself professionally and personally.
