Our Private Clients section is comprised of approximately 30 team membersnationally and is led by award-winning and industry-leadingpartners and senior lawyers with extensive experience.
This rolesuits a lawyer or Senior Associate with solid experience in willsand estate planning and/or estate litigation, who has a genuineinterest in contributing to the success and growth of a top privateclients practice.
Keyresponsibilities Thesuccessful candidate will be involved in a variety of mattersincluding: personaland business succession planning; willsand estate administration (including probate and letters ofadministration); trusts,entity establishment, and restructuring of assets and complexstructures; estatelitigation; advisingon superannuation and taxation; and providing advice to abroad range of clients, including high and ultra-high net worthclients and families, as well as business owners, people movingtowards retirement, and charities andnot-for-profits.
Skills andexperience We are keento hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience: between3 - 6 years of post-admission experience, specifically inwills, estates and succession planning or a related area oflaw; agenuine interest in the private clients sector; clearand concise legal drafting skills; theability to work autonomously under the supervision of moresenior members of the team; and outstanding attention todetail.
