Are you an experienced litigator ready for the next step in your career?
Our client, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking a Lawyer or Associate with 3-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing Litigation & Disputes team.
In this role, you'll work alongside highly regarded mentors, handling complex commercial disputes, including property, partnership, contract, and insolvency matters, as well as shareholder disputes, Australian Consumer Law breaches, lease disputes, professional negligence, and insurance litigation.
There's also an opportunity to be involved in employment law disputes.
Key Responsibilities: Advise on and manage complex commercial disputesHandle a diverse range of litigation matters, including insolvencyDraft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and submissionsAppear in court and instruct counselCollaborate with partners on complex cases across various industriesRequirements: 3-4 years PQE in litigation, including insolvencyStrong understanding of commercial disputesExcellent drafting, analytical, and negotiation skillsAbility to work both independently and within a teamStrong client relationship managementAdmitted to practice in VictoriaIf you're a proactive and talented litigation lawyer seeking to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with exciting growth opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
