Our client, a highly respected boutique law firm, is seeking a

Lawyer or Associate

with 3-4 years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing

Litigation & Disputes

team.

In this role, you'll work alongside highly regarded mentors, handling

complex commercial disputes , including

property, partnership, contract, and insolvency matters , as well as

shareholder disputes, Australian Consumer Law breaches, lease disputes, professional negligence , and

insurance litigation .
There's also an opportunity to be involved in

employment law disputes .

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on and manage complex commercial disputesHandle a diverse range of litigation matters, including insolvencyDraft legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, and submissionsAppear in court and instruct counselCollaborate with partners on complex cases across various industriesRequirements:
