About the Firm: Claven Burdess Lawyers is a modern legal practice with expertise in personal injury and employment matters.
We're seeking a lawyer to join our Warrnambool office team.
We focus on workplace and motor vehicle accidents, occupier and public liability claims, total and permanent disability (superannuation) claims, victims of crime claims, and employment law.
The Role: The role covers an extensive practice area, giving you access to litigation in the Magistrates' Court, County Court, Supreme Court, and VCAT.
You'll be directly assisted and mentored by two senior lawyers (15 years + legal experience each).
You do not need to have had prior experience with personal injury or employment law to be considered for this role.
You will have client interaction and will need to have strong personal skills.
You'll also manage your own files and clients, not just work on the files of more senior practitioners.
The role is office-based (our office is located at 88 Liebig Street, Warrnambool), with some flexibility to work from home when required.

Candidate Profile: We're ideally looking for someone who is either nearing the very end of their law degree or has been admitted to practice within the last five or so years.
