About the roleWe are seeking a talented Lawyer to join our dynamic team at Hozack Clisdell Lawyers in Ulladulla, NSW. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality legal services to our diverse client base. This full-time position offers the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our respected law firm.
What you'll be doing Advising clients on a wide range of legal matters, including but not limited to property transactions, retail and commercial leasing, purchase and sale of businesses and other areas of our practice as you may desire.Conducting legal research and analysis to support the delivery of informed and strategic legal advice.Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence.Collaborating with senior lawyers and partners to ensure a high standard of client service.Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant legislation and legal precedents.Contributing to the firm's business development and marketing initiatives.What we're looking for Admitted as a lawyer in New South Wales with 5 years of post-admission experience.Strong academic background.Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.Demonstrated experience in providing high-quality legal advice and services to clients.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.A commitment to professional development and continuing legal education.Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.What we offerAt Hozack Clisdell Lawyers, we are committed to fostering a supportive and rewarding work environment.
