The Role
We're on the lookout for a Lawyer with the confidence, intuition, and grit to take ownership of cases from the get-go. This isn't a role for the faint-hearted—you'll be in the thick of high-stakes cases, providing clients with clarity and comfort while supporting attorneys in litigation strategy, case preparation, and more. Your contribution will be integral to our team's ability to navigate complex disputes with agility and resolve.
What you'll do:
Dive into case preparation, managing essential documents, research, and court filings with a meticulous eye.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed and reassured through clear, empathetic communication.
Manage case files from start to finish, ensuring seamless organisation and accuracy every step of the way.
Collaborate with attorneys to craft winning case strategies, prepare briefs, affidavits, and liaise with external advisors as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Minimum of 2 years post-admission experience as a practicing lawyer, ideally with a focus in litigation or family law.
Strong organization, communication, and research skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
Proficiency with legal software and an ability to leverage tech solutions to drive efficiency (familiarity with Actionstep or Leap is a plus).
A calm, collected approach under pressure and a dedication to keeping clients supported and informed.
A genuine passion for helping others, with a client-first, solutions-focused mindset.
