This Role: Working directly alongside an esteemed Real Estate Partner who manages bespoke property matters of major owners and investors on corporate real estate, you will take a lead role advising clients on complex transactions and leasing, project developments, project structuring and asset management.
You will be a key member to the firm's real estate practice providing services including but not limited to:
Joint venturesSite selection and economic incentivesAcquisitions and disposalsReal Estate LitigationDistressed real estate mattersCommercial ownershipSkills and Experience To be successful, you will ideally be a passionate and energetic Real Estate Lawyer upwards of 5 years post admission experience.
