About the Role:
A lawyer with Wills and Estates experience is needed to join the team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week with flexibility to work from home.
Responsibilities:
Planning and drafting Wills and EPOAs
Deceased estate administration, including Grants of Probate and Letters of Administration
Complex estate planning, including succession of family trusts and SMSFs
Advance Health Directives, representing executors, trustees, and beneficiaries
What You Bring:
Experience within Wills & Estates
Ability to run your matters with autonomy
Strong communication skills
Commitment to providing quality client service
Exceptional attention to detail
Passion for working in Succession Law
