About the role:
Working with two experienced
Partners .
Be involved in a range of
government commercial transactions
with a focus on
communications & information technology contracts , such as
major projects, licensing, intellectual property and software acquisitions .
The ideal candidate:
Junior Lawyer ( 1-3 PQE ) with a background in procurement and experience with commercial contracts.
A law degree from an accredited
Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Excellent communication & drafting skills.
Highly organised and is able to manage time effectively, prioritising important tasks.
