About the role An opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer with 1-4 years' PQE tojoin our leading Government & Administrative Law practice inPerth. The team act for a range of Commonwealth Departments andAgencies, primarily in public law litigation. Whilst the main focusis on disability and insurance access and planning matters underthe National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), the work alsoincludes Commonwealth employee compensation matters. Working underthe guidance of a supportive Partner and Special Counsel, both ofwhom have a passion for training and mentorship, this hands-on rolewill see you preparing for and attending conferences andconciliations in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal, making thisan invaluable opportunity to develop your skills, knowledge andexperience. About you To be successful in this role, you will be an admitted Lawyerwith up to 4 years' PQE. The work requires attention to detail,practical problem solving skills and the ability to thinkstrategically. While general litigation experience will be highlyregarded, it is your passion and enthusiasm for the law, and yourgenuine interest in developing in the public law space, that willsee you succeed in this role.
