This rolewill focus primarily on the defence of personal injury claimsacross public and product liability. You will be responsiblefor and have carriage of your own files, with appropriatesupervision.
Keyresponsibilities You will beinvolved in a variety of matters including:
reviewing documents andpreparing evidence; draftingcorrespondence to the Court and third parties; conference withwitnesses and preparing witness statements; preparing briefs forcounsel; draftingCourt documents and attendance at Court; draftingclient advices; and draftingletters of instruction to experts. Skills andexperience We are keento hear from candidates with the following skills andexperience:
minimumtwo years PQE; experience withdefendant personal injury claims, specifically within generalliability; and clear,concise legal writing skills with attention todetail.
