About the role An opportunity has arisen in our Perth office for a Lawyer with2-3 years' experience to join our General Insurance team. Thisclose-knit group acts for major insurers in the areas of Workers'Compensation, Public Liability and complex PropertyDamage/Recoveries matters. Working directly with a Partnerrecognised by Doyles Guide and Best Lawyers, a large portion ofyour role will focus on the Workers' Compensation aspect of thepractice, and will see you regularly attending WorkCover forconciliation conferences, directions hearings, pre-arbitrationconferences, and arbitration hearings. No two matters will be thesame, and in this role you will gain hands-on experience across awide variety of claims, ranging from minor to catastrophicinjuries.
About you To be successful in this position, you will have 2-3 years ofpost-admission experience, and existing experience in Workers'Compensation. We also invite applications from plaintiff lawyerswith WorkCover experience. If you are someone who enjoys a degreeof autonomy whilst having the guidance of a supportive Partner,this could be the ideal role for you.
