About the role: Provide legal advice on superannuation, pensions, wealth management, and insurance (general, life, health).
Assist with regulatory compliance and financial services licensing.
Draft legal documents and conduct research on financial services regulations.
Support commercial transactions and client dealings with regulatory bodies.
The ideal candidate: Senior Lawyer (6+ PQE).
Education: Relevant Australian Legal Qualification/Admission.
Experience in FSR, coming from a recognized financial services law team/firm.
