Join a leading employment law practice that advises blue-chip clients on strategic and high-profile matters.
As part of the team, you will:
Draft and advise on contracts, term sheets, confidentiality agreements, and workplace policies.Provide guidance on workplace agreements, including modern awards and enterprise agreements.Advise on corporate restructuring, redundancies, and secondments.Handle employment aspects of mergers and acquisitions.Manage employee performance issues, including management and termination.Navigate regulatory compliance, including Corporations Act and Listing Rules on remuneration and termination caps.Conduct workplace investigations, including whistleblower disclosures.Represent clients in litigation before the Fair Work Commission, discrimination tribunals, and courts.Advise on workplace health and safety matters.ABOUT YOU
You are an ambitious and high-performing employment lawyer with a demonstrated ability to work on challenging matters.
The ideal candidate will have:
3-4+ years post-qualified experience in employment or workplace law.Strong drafting and advisory skills.Superior analytical and verbal communication abilities.Proven capability to work effectively with clients.Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment.Drive and ambition to thrive in a high-performing and dynamic legal practice.
