About the role:
Advising small businesses, multinational corporations and listed companies , as well as associations in the not-for-profit sector.
Be involved in a range of employment and industrial relations matters, such as worker's compensation, unfair dismissal, employment & contractor agreements, work health& safety, discrimination, harassment and misconduct , etc.
The ideal candidate:
Mid-Senior Lawyer (3-5+ PQE ).
A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand university , underpinned by strong academic records.
Strong technical and advocacy experience.
Excellent communication skills & meticulous attention to detail.
Comprehensive and up to date knowledge of employment law legislation and developments.
